Khushboo Tanna, M.Com, FCA, DIIT(ICAI), Partner

Khushboo Tanna has vast experience in the profession specifically Direct taxation including corporate tax planning, taxation of international transaction, taxation of foreign companies, transfer pricing study, and management consultancy over 10 decades. In a short span of time, she became partner in the firm where she was an employee.

Later on, she started her own practice.

Presently Khushboo is looking after all Direct Taxation, Transfer Pricing and International Taxation.

Latesh Gada, B.Com, FCA, DIIT(ICAI), DISA, Partner

Latesh is Ex-KPMG and a Merit Rank Holder (All India Rank 36 in the CA Final Exam). He has won Award from the ICAI. He has vast experience of over 10 years in the field of FEMA, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing.

He has done lot of Tax and FEMA structuring, advisory and compliance work for NRIs and MNC clients. He also does structuring and transaction advisory for clients. Further, he has significant experience in providing litigation support to MNC clients and has represented several of them in tax assessments and appeals on many occasions. He has also done many Transfer Pricing Planning and Documentation services. Latesh writes Articles on Transfer Pricing in various industry publications and has also delivers lectures on topic of GAAR at various reputed forums.

Sagar Patel, FCA, Partner

Sagar has wide experience in setting up system & procedure, preparation of manual incorporating internal controls for corporate clients, internal audits & management audits using analytical skills & techniques, in the profession with specialization in auditing.

A master in accountancy has an equal expertise in reading, understanding and analysing figures. This makes him an expert auditor. He also possesses expert knowledge on GST and working knowledge of allied laws in providing consultation and guidance for planning & compliance of law.

Presently Sagar looks after all audits under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, indirect taxation compliance and Financial Consultancy.

Rakesh Jain, ACA, Partner

Rakesh is a member of ICAI with experience of over 14 years. In the past he was associated with highly reputed large professional audit firms of Mumbai. His area of specialization is Statutory Audit and Internal Audit for mid to large diversified corporate clients [Listed and unlisted], Financial Due Diligence, Ind AS/ IFRS, Tax Advisory, Real Estate transactions and debt syndication.
